Our Non-Discrimination Policy:
St. Bernard's Elementary School, in accepting students, follows a policy of non-discrimination on the basis of race, sex, national origin, age (in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts), and with reasonable accommodations, any handicapping conditions. However our school does give enrollment preference to children attending the school, to siblings of students in attendance, children of St. Bernard's Parish, and then to those on the waiting list.

Notes:
1. St. Bernard Parish members must be active contributing members in the Parish using their weekly parish donation envelopes.
2. Active members from contributing parishes will have the $200 parish reimbursement deducted when the money is received from their parish.
3. With tuition being a large part of the school budget, the refund policy is:
- If transferring during the first two quarters, only 50% of the tuition will be refunded, minus the cost of books.
- If transferring in the third or fourth quarters, there will be no refund.
4. Families needing financial aid may contact the school office for applications.
